Job description

About Us:
We are a concierge bookkeeping service providing personalized, high-touch financial support to our clients. We pride ourselves on accuracy, responsiveness, and building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients
  • Manage A/P, A/R, reconciliations, and general ledger
  • Prepare financial reports and assist with payroll
  • Communicate directly with clients to support their needs

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper or similar role
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online & QuickBooks Desktop (required)
  • Strong skills in Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and client-focused
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines

Bonus:

  • Experience working with multiple clients or in a service-based firm
