Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and personalize care plans.
• Implement evidence-based treatment strategies tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Provide therapy sessions via a secure telehealth platform, ensuring adherence to professional standards.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of treatment progress and client interactions in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Regularly collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to discuss client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay abreast of developments in mental health practices and telehealth technology.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a licensed mental health therapist at Full Circle Recovery Clinic, you will work with a diverse population, including adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Our emphasis on personalized care means you will develop strong therapeutic relationships with clients, facilitating significant improvements in their mental health and well-being. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Currently active LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license in California.
• Experience conducting therapy with diverse client populations (2 years minimum required).

Preferred Experience

• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms for therapy delivery is highly recommended.
• Prior experience in a remote work setting.
• Knowledge of and experience with evidence-based practices in mental health treatment.

Compensation and Benefits
