The Drivers Instructor is responsible for training students to become safe and competent drivers. This role involves delivering a comprehensive curriculum, assessing student progress, and ensuring vehicle maintenance standards are met. The instructor engages with customers to provide excellent service and fosters a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct driver training sessions focused on safety and skill development
• Deliver safety instruction aligned with regulatory standards
• Develop and update driver education curriculum
• Assess student driving performance and provide constructive feedback
• Oversee routine vehicle maintenance and safety checks
• Interact professionally with students and customers

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Experience in classroom instruction
• Strong communication skills
• Patience and ability to teach effectively
• Customer service experience
