Description

The Call Center Coordinator is a first-line sales manager responsible for driving team performance, providing real-time floor support, managing operational workflows like timecards, and coaching sales agents to meet revenue goals. This role directly impacts frontline productivity by acting as the primary subject matter expert and leadership presence on the call center floor.

Job Title: Call Center Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a performance-driven Call Center Coordinator to lead our frontline sales team. In this role, you will act as the first line of management, serving as the go-to resource for agents' real-time questions, managing daily timecards, and conducting regular performance coaching. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, balances administrative tasks with people development, and is passionate about helping sales agents hit their targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Frontline Support & Issue Resolution
    • Serve as the primary on-floor contact for sales agents to answer live campaign, product, and script questions for mobile sales.
    • Handle real-time customer escalations and diffuse complex objections to help agents close deals.
  • Employee Coaching & Performance Development
    • Conduct regular 1-on-1 coaching sessions focused on sales techniques, objection handling, and pitch execution.
    • Monitor live and recorded calls to ensure compliance, high quality, and optimal conversion rates.
    • Deliver actionable feedback to help underperforming agents meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: Wireless experience is preferred but not required.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to motivate, coach, and guide frontline sales employees toward hitting metrics.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills to deliver constructive feedback effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience using call center software and sales CRMs.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to multitask, think quickly on your feet, and resolve customer challenges under pressure.

Job Type/Hours: Full-time. We are open Monday – Sunday. Our employees enjoy a flexible schedule with the ability to work 4-10-hour shifts each week.
