Looking for a paralegal to assist a busy medical malpractice defense group located in Glen Allen, Virginia. The position will be on-site most days, though there is some work-from-home flexibility when the team is not in trial prep or trial. You will be part of a collaborative team, helping manage cases from inception through trial. Happy to hear from both entry-level and experienced candidates, but must be highly organized. Initial salary may range from $50,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience, and will be subject to annual review. Responsibilities

• Review and draft routine legal documents
• Create and maintain case files
• Facilitate the meeting of attorney's deadlines by keeping organized schedules and providing timely reminders
• Facilitate scheduling with courts, opposing counsel, and co-defense counsel
