Palletizer/Forklift Operator

Location: Hendersonville

Shift: 12-hour | 2-2-3 schedule | 6:00PM – 6:30AM

Pay: $21.00/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to transport, stack, and retrieve materials while keeping accurate inventory records
• Set up, operate, and adjust palletizers, stretch wrap machines, and related equipment
• Monitor palletizer patterns, change stretch wrap rolls, and resolve fallen carton issues
• Troubleshoot machine jams and adjust settings to ensure production runs smoothly
• Follow all safety protocols and regulatory requirements, including SQF and food safety standards
• Collaborate with supervisors to resolve food safety and quality concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized production area
• Perform additional warehouse and production support tasks as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
• Proficiency in operating forklifts and material handling equipment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management and communication skills
