Then step into the role of HR Operations Generalist — Spanish/English

In this early-career position, you’ll support the day-to-day heartbeat of HR. You’ll help us attract talent, welcome new hires, keep records pristine, and be a trusted resource for employee inquiries.

What you'll tackle

• Recruiting support: post job ads, review applications, schedule interviews, and keep candidates informed.
• Records management: maintain accurate, confidential employee files and HRIS data.
• Onboarding coordination: assemble documentation and facilitate orientation sessions.
• Benefits assistance: respond to routine questions and escalate as needed.
• Employee relations basics: assist with general HR questions and administrative follow-up.
• Engagement projects: support company events and employee experience initiatives.
• Training logistics: organize sessions, track attendance, and manage materials.
• Compliance support: help apply HR policies and labor law requirements.
• Team collaboration: join HR meetings and contribute improvement ideas.
• Administrative essentials: filing, document control, and correspondence.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bilingual English/Spanish (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in HR or an administrative function.
• Comfort with HR systems/HRIS and Microsoft Office; general HR software literacy.
• Foundational HR knowledge, including labor law basics.
• Excellent organization and time management.
