The Role: Meat Order Readiness Associate

The Meat Order Readiness Associate is responsible for processing, packing, and labeling meat products while maintaining quality, safety, and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

Process meat including packing, and labeling
Conduct QA on raw and finished materials
Follow safe food handling and food safety practices
Pick food products and pack in boats, totes, and boxes
Scan labels, load packaging machines, and apply printed labels
Spot-check packaged items for correct labeling and accuracy
Assist with daily departmental shutdown procedures

What You'll Bring

Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
Ability to start overnight or early morning shifts
Comfortable working 8-12 hour shifts based on business needs
Experience in a related field is a plus
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
Ability to work in cold temperatures (20-38F)
Ability to twist, turn, bend, and stand for long periods
Strong communication skills in English; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Understanding of production workflows and operational processes
