Job description

Fresh Smile Seattle is a small, independent, fee-for-service dental practice on Capitol Hill. We focus on prevention-driven, high-quality care and building real relationships with our patients. We're looking for a Registered Dental Assistant who brings genuine warmth to patient interactions and helps our day run smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements:
  • Active WA State RDA registration
  • Some dental assisting experience is desirable, though we're happy to train the right person
  • Excellent people skills

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Chairside assisting
  • Room setup, breakdown, and sterilization
  • Coronal polishing, fluoride varnish, and patient education
  • Digital X-rays and iTero scans
  • Some overlap with front office duties
  • Routine daily, weekly, and monthly equipment and operatory upkeep
