Customer Service Agent needed for rapidly growing food manufacturing company in a fast paced, dynamic office environment.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service and Order Processing:

• Answer main corporate telephone line and route calls accordingly
• Process and respond to incoming customer emails, faxes and telephone calls
• Process and respond to Sales team regarding customer orders
• Process and review automated customer order entries
• Data entry of manual customer orders into QuickBooks
• Review of customer orders for accuracy
• Create daily summary reports on customer orders
• Produce customer invoices
• Process customer credit claims for over/short/damaged deliveries

Internal Client Functions:

• Interact with Sales team to manage customers, product quotes and service requirements
• Interact with Production team to provide timely data transfer of customer orders
• Interact with Transportation team to facilitate customer deliveries
• Interact with Accounting team
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must have upbeat and positive demeanor with ability to focus on tasks
• Must be highly detail oriented with good organization and time management skills
• Strong communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• High School diploma or GED required
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel & Word) required
• QuickBooks experience preferred
• Spanish speaking a plus!
