Inventory Management

    • Inventory accuracy
  • Complete weekly KPI reporting and action plans

The Store Manager is expected to be present during peak revenue hours, which regularly include:

  • Evenings (high foot traffic + tour departures)
  • Weekends (primary sales volume)
  • Holidays and major New Orleans tourism events

The role oversees a high-volume, guest-facing retail environment, and requires consistent on-site leadership during busy periods, not just administrative coverage.
