• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of asset protection associates to ensure effective enforcement of company policies and procedures.

• Conduct thorough investigations into theft, internal policy violations, and other security incidents, documenting findings accurately.

• Collaborate with local law enforcement, security vendors, and cross‑functional teams to resolve incidents and enhance safety protocols.

• Analyze data from point‑of‑sale systems, inventory records, and surveillance to identify trends and vulnerabilities.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal standards related to safety, security, and loss prevention.

• Participate in training programs to educate associates on security awareness, safety procedures, and theft prevention techniques.

• Manage operational budgets related to loss prevention programs and maintain accurate reporting of asset protection activities.

• Strong knowledge of loss prevention methodologies, security protocols, and retail operations.

• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities with the ability to motivate and develop staff.

• Outstanding analytical skills and attention to detail for investigating incidents and identifying risk patterns.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and security management software.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with all levels of the organization.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in sensitive situations.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in loss prevention, security management, or related roles within a retail environment.

• Proven track record of successfully leading teams and managing complex investigations.

• Experience working with law enforcement, conducting audits, and implementing security programs is highly preferred.

• Full‑time role with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

• On‑call responsibilities may apply for urgent incidents or critical situations.
