Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome visitors and guests with courtesy, poise, and professionalism
  • Complete an array of Resident Services tasks, including rental verifications, follow up on move-out procedures, and occupant and transfer applications
  • Act as a liaison between residents, guests, and team members
  • Actively seek ways to resolve issues or concerns with customer and business needs in mind
  • Assist in planning and executing resident appreciation events
  • Maintain an organized and inviting front desk
  • Complete date entry requirements accurately
