We are seeking a Server to join our team of long time servers in a fine dining environment. The Server will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by accurately taking orders, delivering food, and maintaining clean tables. This role requires familiarity with menu items, adherence to sanitation standards, and efficient payment processing using both cash and POS systems. Our establishment offers regular shifts with a set schedule, providing a structured and supportive work atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Take and accurately record customer orders
• Deliver food and beverages promptly to guests
• Provide attentive customer support and address inquiries
• Maintain clean and organized tables and dining areas
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu items and specials
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and food safety guidelines
• Process payments using POS systems and handle cash transactions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in food service

Preferred Qualifications

• ServSafe and Basset certifications
• Experience with customer service in a fine dining setting
• Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Strong understanding of food safety standards
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
