Fox Forestry is hiring an experienced Lead Arborist Crew Leader in Coastal Maine. We are looking for a safe, thoughtful, skilled arborist who can lead a crew, operate a bucket truck, drive with a Class A or B CDL, and handle technical tree work with professionalism.

This is not an entry-level position. The right person already has experience with removals, pruning, rigging, hazard trees, aerial lift work, crew leadership, customer communication, and safe jobsite planning.

• Required: Class A or B CDL, clean driving record, bucket truck/aerial lift experience, crew leadership experience, and strong tree-care skills.

• Preferred: Maine Licensed Arborist, forestry background, ISA/TCIA credentials, CPR/First Aid, aerial rescue, pesticide license, or Maine forestry credentials.

• Starting wage: $26-$35/hour depending on verified skills and experience.

• Room for advancement after clear safety, leadership, equipment, production, customer-service, and licensing targets are met.
