Position Summary:
Responsible for maintaining warehouse inventory, receiving functions, and cycle counting process, to ensure that all inventory is correctly processed, located, and monitored.
Position Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and maintaining all shipping functions
- Schedule and supervise work force to meet daily operational demands in production and shipping/warehouse evironment
- Process improvement of all activities
- Researching and reconciling order discrepancies
- Supervision and training of employees
- Apply interpersonal and communication skills to motivate the staff
- Annual performance reviews
- Ordering and maintaining necessary supplies
Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Good working knowledge of Oracle ERP system or similar
Position Qualifications:
Education:
- High School graduate or equivalent required
Experience:
- 3+ years of lead or supervisory work experience in a warehouse or inventory environment preferred
- 2+ years of domestic and international shipping via UPS, FedEx, and truck freight preferred
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
- Manufacturing Shipping/Warehouse Environment
- Lift up to 75 lbs.regularly
- Requires walking, standing, bending and lifting for long periods of time
- Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer
