Job description

Summary:
This position is responsible for thecleanliness of the campus sales and office
buildings.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs general clean up dutiesincluding trash pickup and sweeping & mopping floors according to cleaningschedule.
Cleans offices and bathrooms, wipingdown surfaces including mirrors, sinks, toilets, etc
Stocks bathroom supplies such aspaper towels, toilet paper, etc. as needed.
Cleans breakroom daily, includingwalls, sink, refrigerator, shelves, etc.
Notifies Accounting supplies stockerof any low stock breakroom items such as plastic utensils, paper towels,utility soap, paper plates, etc.
Monitors smoking area, keeping areaclean, and dumping/refilling buckets as needed.
Picks up any trash outside, disposingas needed.
Vacuums carpets, cleans/sweeps stairsper schedule.
Dusts offices weekly.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Must maintain a positive attitude, with a customer servicefocus in a fast-paced work environment.
Should possess ability to multi-task, manage timeeffectively, and prioritize tasks.
Should be detail-oriented, focused, driven, and aself-starter.
Must have willingness to learn products sold, customerservice, policies, and procedures.
Strong interpersonal, communication, problem solving, andorganizational skills.
Shift Hours:
20-22 hours per week, 7am to 11am ;Mon - Fri.
Pay Rate:
$17.50 - $20 hr
Working Conditions:
Job will include periods of standing, walking, reaching,stooping/kneeling, and bending. Stair climbing and walking on uneven surfaceswill also be present. Subject to heat/cold in outside conditions. Moderate use of hands and arms will beneeded. May be required to lift to 30lbs. by self, or team lift to 75 lbs.
