Dental Hygienist

Pay: From $50.00–$55.00 per hour plus incentives

About the Role

As a Dental Hygienist, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our patients’ oral health and overall well-being. You’ll provide clinical services, patient education, and collaborate with our dental team to create a positive experience at every visit.

We’re looking for someone who is not only skilled in hygiene care but also passionate about making patients feel safe, informed, and supported.

️ Key Responsibilities

• Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and polishing with a focus on patient comfort and care
• Conduct oral health assessments and support the dentist in diagnostic procedures
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with HIPAA standards
• Follow all infection control and sterilization protocols
• Use dental software (e.g., Denticon) to manage patient charts and treatment notes
• Work collaboratively with dental assistants and dentists to ensure smooth, efficient patient care

✅ What We’re Looking For

• NY State Dental Hygienist license (required)
• Prior experience in a dental office (preferred)
• Familiarity with general dentistry procedures and terminology
• Knowledge of infection control and OSHA standards
• Experience with Denticon or similar dental software is a plus
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a patient-first mindset
