Client Contact

The Account Representative is the primary contact for assigned clients andis responsible fordelivering an exceptional service experience. By building trusted relationships,anticipatingclient needs, and maintaininghigh standardsof quality, this role helps ensure every property is cared for in a manner that reflects Fossil's commitment to excellence.

Crew Management

This roleisalsoresponsiblefororganizingand leadingup to 3maintenance crewsto deliver exceptional quality and efficiency on all assigned properties.Theroleincludescreating a weekly schedule for crews with tasks in addition to regular maintenance. The Account Representative ensures that crews have appropriate tools, materials, and plants for crews to successfully complete tasks.
TheAccount Representative is alsoexpected to providetraining in all aspects of estate maintenance,developmentandproviding feedbacktostaff.

Additionalresponsibilities include the coordination of ordering materials with the Maintenance Manager, supervision and management of subcontracted industry partners, and coordination withappropriate Fossilemployees for enhancement/special project opportunities.

Skills & Experience

• 5+yearsofexperienceinhorticulture(Preferencetohigh-endresidentialmaintenance)

• 3+ years ofsupervisingmaintenanceteams.

• Post-secondary education in horticultureisan asset;(Certificate, Diploma, or Red Seal).

• Experience inprovidinghigh-levelservice todiscerningclientele.

• Experience with irrigation systemsandlandscape lighting.

• Valid BC Class 5 driver's license.

• Wearepreparedto train therightcandidate, please applyif you feel you are a good fit.

Compensation & Benefits

• CompetitiveSalarywage:$80,000-$95,000+yearbased on experience.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
