Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist at Fortis Motion LLC, you will work in an onsite outpatient office equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and advanced rehabilitation technologies. Our clinic offers a supportive and friendly atmosphere where teamwork and open communication are encouraged. You will have access to modern treatment modalities and tools, including therapeutic exercise equipment, modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation, and private treatment rooms designed for comfort and privacy. The office operates during normal business hours, with a Monday through Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life routine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical conditions and functional limitations.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each patient's unique needs and recovery goals.
  • Provide high-quality one-on-one patient care focused on orthopedic, post-surgical, sports-related, and neurologic rehabilitation.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver therapeutic interventions effectively, ensuring continual assessment and adjustment of treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other health professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care and optimal results for patients.
  • Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, self-management strategies, and techniques to prevent future injuries.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training, including mentorship opportunities, to stay current in the latest physical therapy practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working primarily with adults recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Our clientele ranges from high-performance athletes to everyday individuals seeking to restore mobility and improve their quality of life. We emphasize a patient-centered approach, taking into consideration not just the physical rehabilitation but also the emotional and psychological aspects of healing. Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (Master’s or Doctorate preferred but not required).
  • Active Physical Therapy License in California or eligibility to obtain one.

Compensation and Benefits
