Job description
- Provide onsite L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, image, and deploy Windows and macOS devices.
- Support Apple iPhones and iPads, including enrollment and troubleshooting.
- Manage incidents and service requests using ServiceNow.
- Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) and break-fix activities.
- Configure and support Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, VPN, and endpoint security solutions.
- Support Zebra printers, barcode scanners, and other enterprise peripherals.
- Deploy software and operating system updates using SCCM/MECM.
- Provide executive/VIP support while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Escalate complex issues to L3 teams when necessary.
