Real Estate/Leasing Paralegal | In-Office | Up to 80k
About the Company
Our client is a diversified real estate and property management organization with a portfolio spanning residential, commercial, and hospitality assets.

About the Role
This paralegal position will be supporting the organization's legal function across a large and varied property platform. You will draft and manage real estate leases, support contract and compliance work, and act as a practical, solutions focused resource for internal teams and external counsel.
This is an in office role, five days per week.
Key responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and administer commercial and real estate leasing documents across office, retail, industrial, mixed use, and residential assets, including renewals, amendments, assignments, inducements, defaults, and landlord and tenant matters
- Support leasing, asset management, operations, and executive teams by coordinating documentation, tracking obligations, and conducting research under the direction of legal counsel
- Support corporate governance, disclosure, and compliance requirements
- Support general commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, construction, and vendor contracts
- Assist with dispute resolution and coordination with external counsel
- Help build legal templates, policies, and processes that support efficient operations and risk management

What You Bring
- Paralegal designation or equivalent legal support experience preferred
- Demonstrated skill drafting real estate leases
- 4+ years of progressive legal support experience, ideally across real estate law and commercial leasing
- Strong lease and contract drafting and negotiation skills with sharp attention to detail
- The ability to interpret legal documents, identify risks, and flag issues for escalation
