ForeverLawn Pacific Coast is seeking a driven, relationship‐focused Sales Representative to grow our residential and commercial synthetic turf business across Orange County, LA County, and the Pacific Coast region.

This is a premium product sales job.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‐paced environment, excels at building trust with homeowners, contractors, and property managers, and wants to represent the industry’s premium synthetic turf brand.

What You’ll Do

• Generate and manage leads through inbound inquiries, outbound outreach, networking, and territory development.
• Conduct on‐site/In-Home assessments, present product solutions, and deliver professional proposal and in home sales.
• Ability to close on site.
• Build strong relationships with homeowners, landscape contractors, architects, and commercial clients.
• Manage deals from first contact through installation scheduling and project completion.
• Maintain CRM activity, pipeline accuracy, and weekly sales reporting.
• Represent ForeverLawn’s premium product lines including K9Grass®, SportsGrass®, PlaygroundGrass®, GolfGreens®, and ForeverLawn Select.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven sales experience (construction, landscape, home services, or B2B preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self‐motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
• Ability to learn technical product details and explain them clearly.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for field appointments.

Compensation

$30,000–$50,000 base salary + commission
Top performers regularly exceed $100K+ in total annual earnings.
This role includes uncapped commission potential.
