About This Opportunity
JOB TITLE: Production Associate
POSITION TYPE: Full time
CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt
STARTING PAY $24.54/hour. Pay increases to $26.57/hour after 6 months of employment.
-Earn an additional $0.75/hour shift premium for working any hours from 6:00pm - 6:00am
-Earn time and one half for hours worked over 40 in a week
-Earn Double pay for all work performed on a Sunday
Shifts Available:
2nd shift (4:00pm - midnight) or 3rd shift (midnight to 8:00am) positions available
Weekends and holidays scheduled on a rotating basis

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Produce a safe and quality product
• Troubleshoot production issues and escalate them to appropriate team members
• Trained on HACCP, GMP's, safety, manufacturing processes, and loss control programs and use that knowledge to perform your work duties
• Participation in a team environment

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least 18 years or older
• Able to read and comprehend the English language
• Ability to do basic math (addition and subtraction)
• Must be able to tell time on an analog or digital clock
• Ability to use computers and touch-screen technology
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be detail oriented
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous manufacturing experience
