30 hours per week, monday- friday 8:30am-2:30am $17-20hr

Foreign Motors Ohio is a fast-growing, high-end European and imported auto repair shop with over $100,000 in monthly repair sales. We're looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated Personal Assistant to help keep our office running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

Answering phone calls

Scheduling appointments and sending reminders

Updating customers on the status of their vehicles

Recording Videos and Posting on social media

General office support and administrative tasks

We're looking for someone who is:

• Friendly and professional

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Comfortable multitasking

• Familiar with social media

• Reliable and eager to learn
