Force Technology Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support the daily operations of the Sales Department. This role serves as the primary administrative resource for the Director of Sales and the sales team by providing sales support, coordinating vendor communications, maintaining documentation, tracking sales activity, and developing internal processes and reference materials.

Force Tech is an engineering-driven technology design/build company focused on professional audio, video, lighting, broadcast, IT, and control solutions. The day-to-day life of a Sales Administrator could involve, but is not limited to, the following:

• Providing administrative and operational support to the Director of Sales and the sales team

• Preparing customer quotations and assisting with product sourcing and pricing research

• Coordinating communications with manufacturers, vendors, and distributors

• Maintaining sales reports, dashboards, tracking spreadsheets, and supporting documentation

• Developing and improving sales processes, workflows, and Standard Operating Procedures

• Maintaining internal sales reference materials, price lists, and vendor records

• Registering projects with manufacturers to secure protected pricing and project discounts

• Scheduling vendor meetings and coordinating trade show appointments

• Recording meeting notes, decisions, action items, and follow-up items

• Collaborating with Sales, Operations, Engineering, Purchasing, Marketing, and other departments

• Supporting additional sales initiatives and special projects as needed
