We are a small, fast-paced warehouse office conveniently located in Jersey City, near the Liberty Science Center. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and self-motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate is someone who works well independently, stays organized in a busy environment, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing outstanding customer service by phone and email
- Scheduling service appointments and coordinating daily work assignments
- Arranging and tracking pickups and deliveries
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and documentation
- Preparing and organizing paperwork and data entry
- Communicating with customers, vendors, and drivers to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assisting with general office and administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Previous administrative, customer service, logistics, or warehouse office experience is preferred but not required
