ForTheVeteran is hiring a high-performing Demand Generation & Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our paid acquisition engine. This is an opportunity to lead six-figure monthly media budgets, drive measurable growth, and help expand awareness for a fast-growing company serving veterans nationwide.
We’re seeking a data-driven marketer with deep expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and performance analytics who can build, optimize, and report on campaigns that generate qualified demand at scale. This is a hands-on growth role for someone who loves building campaigns, scaling winners, and owning results.
What You’ll DoOwn strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media across:
- Meta Ads / Meta Business Suite
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Retargeting and funnel campaigns
Drive performance and budget management:
- Manage and optimize six-figure monthly ad spend
- Improve CPA, CPL, CAC, ROAS, and CVR
Analytics, reporting, and insights:
- Build dashboards and reporting using GA4, Looker Studio, Zoho, and platform analytics
- Analyze campaign, funnel, audience, and attribution data to uncover actionable insights and deliver recommendations for scalable growth
Testing and optimization:
- Develop creative testing frameworks for ad copy, offers, and landing pages
- Run creative, audience, and landing page experiments to improve performance
Cross-functional collaboration:
- Partner with Intake (sales) to improve lead quality, CRM reporting, and closed-loop attribution
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, creative, sales, and operations
- Identify expansion opportunities across emerging channels
- Partner with internal resources including landing page developers, ad creative designers, and other members of the marketing team
Requirements
Qualifications- 5+ years experience in demand generation, paid media, or growth marketing
- Proven success managing paid budgets of $100K+/month
- Must have personally managed and optimized $100K+/month paid media budgets with measurable CPA/CPL accountability
- Must have personally launched, optimized, and scaled campaigns inside Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Meta Ads Manager / Business Suite
- Google Ads
- Google Analytics / GA4
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Experience scaling lead generation or direct-response campaigns
- Excellent communication and ownership mindset
- Comfortable in a fast-moving remote environment
Preferred Qualifications- Google Ads Certification a plus
- Meta Blueprint Certification a plus
- Experience with TikTok Ads a plus
- Experience with Reddit Ads a plus
- Experience with Zoho CRM / Zoho Analytics a plus
- Experience in healthcare, legal, claims, or regulated lead-gen verticals

Compensation: $70,000–$95,000+ DOE + Quarterly Performance Bonus
