Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status, leveraging tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders to create individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to devise intervention strategies tailored to the unique needs of patients, continuously monitoring progress against established goals.
• Document all treatment records, reports, and clinical information in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to regulatory standards and department protocols.
• Collaborate closely with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to formulate robust treatment plans that address specific health concerns and desired outcomes.
• Coordinate referrals and maintain a supportive link between patients and external treatment providers, enhancing the efficacy of care programs.
• Contribute to the growth of future healthcare professionals by providing education and mentorship to students, interns, and volunteers.
• Engage in clinical supervision activities with oversight from your clinical supervisor, including peer review and team member development initiatives.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in a healthcare setting, particularly with cancer patients or in oncology.

Compensation and Benefits

Your commitment will be rewarded with a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plans, and generous paid time off provisions.
