This role will be hybrid with 3 days per week onsite in our St. Louis office.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a functional integration expert and trusted resource for new offices, with subject matter expertise in client experience, technology usage, business development, financial planning, firm/partner buy-in, and succession/hiring.
  • Lead advisor training and provide ongoing support for Wealth Advisors and Associate Wealth Advisors at newly integrated Focus offices.
  • Act as the primary liaison for advisor-related questions, issues, and support needs with new Focus Partners Wealth regional offices.
  • Maintain broad knowledge of Focus resources, tools, teams, and processes, and engage the appropriate subject matter experts when needed.
  • Communicate a thorough understanding of the Wealth Advisor and Associate Wealth Advisor roles within Focus.
  • Support a superior client experience and contribute to the firm's client retention objectives.
  • Assist with the transition of clients to Centralized Portfolio Management (CPM) and MoneyGuideElite (MGE).
  • Travel as needed and participate in client and prospect events throughout the year.
  • Provide direction, motivation, and coaching to advisors; encourage growth in assets under management (AUM) and revenue derived from these relationships.
  • Share office and advisor feedback with division leaders and partner with the Managing Director, Onboarding & Integration to ensure updated materials are distributed through appropriate channels, including Advisor Development programs and onsite visits.
  • Manage and continually update Teamwork templates to track, organize, and assign tasks for each transaction.
  • Document activities, business opportunities, and communications in Salesforce and/or Teamwork in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing Focus Advisors and Associate Wealth Advisors.
  • Maintain a high level of familiarity with Focus tools, systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Perform additional departmental responsibilities assigned by the Managing Director, Onboarding & Integration.
  • Stay current on industry trends, publications, and best practices relevant to wealth management and integration.
  • Support leadership development by helping others identify opportunities, evaluate alternatives, and pursue objectives that support growth.
  • Pursue professional development and innovative solutions that strengthen personal effectiveness and team impact.
  • Uphold Focus' mission, values, and cultural standards while contributing to a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team environment.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

  • Series 65 license required.

  • Five or more years of experience within Focus Partners Wealth or a comparable wealth management organization.
  • Deep knowledge of wealth management and financial planning concepts, practices, and client service expectations.
  • Experience using client relationship management systems and project management tools, including CRM platforms and Teamwork.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional Competencies:

  • Sound judgment, critical thinking skills, and the ability to assess complex situations and recommend practical solutions.
  • Ability to motivate, influence, and build engagement with advisors, associates, and cross-functional partners.
  • Adaptable and effective in varied situations, with the ability to work well with different personalities and respond quickly to change.
  • Commitment to producing high-quality work in a timely, organized, and detail-oriented manner.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach with comfort working across all levels of the organization.
