• Hands-on Problem Solving: Actively contribute to code and troubleshoot complex issues in challenging client environments.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• C#/.NET: Strong proficiency and experience in the last three years (to meet the needs of a current client)
• Polyglot Proficiency: Strong proficiency in a few modern languages (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, Java).
• Architectural Mastery: Deep knowledge of microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems.
• Cloud Depth: Demonstrable experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Modern Patterns: Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design and Clean Architecture.
• Communication: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  
• AI Augmented: Proficient in using AI-powered tools to accelerate development workflows and experience with AI-assisted development to deliver solutions
