Job Description:
We at Job Duck are looking for a professional and personable Receptionist who thrives in a client-facing environment and enjoys creating positive first impressions. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for prospective clients, ensuring every call is answered with warmth, empathy, and professionalism.
You will help keep daily operations running smoothly by managing communications, scheduling consultations, and supporting the intake process. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling sensitive conversations, remains calm under pressure, and is committed to providing exceptional service while contributing to a collaborative team. If you are proactive, reliable, and enjoy making a meaningful impact through client interactions, we encourage you to apply.
Compensation Range: 1,015 USD to 1,100 USD
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Schedule consultations and appointments
Maintain accurate records within the CRM system
Deliver an outstanding client experience during every interaction
Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
Follow up with prospective and current clients through email communications
Gather preliminary client information during initial conversations
Requirements:
Experience in reception, customer service, intake coordination, or administrative support preferred
Ability to communicate professionally and confidently over the phone
Comfortable speaking with individuals discussing sensitive legal matters
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Work Shift:
8:30 AM - 5:30 PM [EST][EDT] (United States of America)Languages:
