Job description
Flowly Solutions is looking for a dedicated Office assistant to help keep our daily operations running without a hitch. As a growing relocation business that handles moving, assembly, repair, and a range of other services, we need an organized, dependable professional who can manage the front-end details while supporting our hardworking crews in the field.
These are full-time positions with regular overtime available for those who want it. You'll work Monday through Friday with a 8:00am - 6:00pm schedule.
Previous office administration or dispatch experience is a plus, but it's not a dealbreaker. If you're someone who is highly organized, communicates well, and shows up ready to work, we'll get you up to speed on everything you need to know.
Responsibilities:
- Tracking service requests and work orders from start to finish
- Serving as the primary point of contact for incoming customer questions and emails
- Managing parcel deliveries and processing outbound freight via major couriers
- Staying in constant contact with our route drivers to update dispatch logs and coordinate pickups
- Working hand-in-hand with the warehouse and field crews to ensure daily tasks stay on schedule
- Digging into account issues, finding quick solutions for our clients, and keeping detailed records
- Stepping in to help with various clerical and back-office tasks as they pop up
Qualifications:
- Prior administrative, logistics, or dispatch experience is preferred, but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using standard office software and writing clear, professional emails
- Solid basic math skills for calculating weights, distances, and shipping costs
- Reliable transportation to work
- We do not require any formal education or certifications
