Our client is hiring a Field Service Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heavy construction equipment at customer job sites.

• Diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical, diesel, and mechanical systems.

• Handle complex breakdowns in the field (not just basic maintenance)

• Perform preventative maintenance to keep fleets running

• Read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams.

• Complete service reports, warranty claims, and documentation via laptop/iPad

• Work directly with customers — solving problems fast and professionally

You are the expert they rely on when equipment goes down.

• 5+ years working on heavy construction equipment

• Strong troubleshooting skills across diesel, hydraulic, and electrical systems

• Ability to work independently in the field

• Experience reading schematics and diagnostics

• CDL + clean driving record preferred

• OSHA-10 a plus

• High school diploma or GED required (Diesel Tech training = bonus)
