Job description
FloresHR is seeking a Business Development Director located in or near Boston, MA. You will be responsible for leading business development efforts by building new health insurance broker relationships and enhancing the firm’s reputation. This role requires extensive knowledge of COBRA, Compliance, and other regulations.
The ideal candidate has at least seven years of relevant experience, a strong sales background in health benefits, and excellent communication skills.
