About the roleWe're looking to bring on our first growth engineer.In this role, you'll design and ship experiments to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention, working closely with product & design to build data-informed features that move our key metrics while working with our visual language and brand identity.
Requirements- Obsessed with creative tools - is proficient in at least three creative tools or has built one before
- Extensive experience in quick iteration and A/B testing fo growth strategies and features.
- Familiar with Posthog or similar quantitative user tracking tools.
- Comfortable with all parts of the stack - you have no trouble context-switching from editing CSS to tuning database queries.
- Solid experience with React, JavaScript/Typescript, HTML, CSS and modern front-end build systems (Webpack, ES6, etc).
- Ideally familiar with production JavaScript / Node backends.

StackWe're a React + Next.js + TypeScript app with a real-time collaboration layer.
Our graphics foundation is built on WebGL, Three.js, and React Three Fiber, with backend infrastructure powered by Vercel, Convex and Modal.
