EisnerAmper'sOutsourced Services - Real Estategrouphas experienced significant growth and is seeking a real estate accounting professional withexpertiseusing Real Estate platforms such as Yardi, AppFolio and Intacct. This individual will report to the Manager of Real Estate Accounting and willbe responsible forservicing real estate clients and managingmulti entityportfolios of properties, both commercial and/or residential.

What Work You WillbeResponsible For:

• Makeappropriate journalentries to record mortgage, payroll, utilities, management fees, property insurance and property taxes and other cash transactions

• Process vendor invoices

• Submit wires, ACHs, and internal bank transfers Prepare monthly billing statements

• Perform bank reconciliations (operating, security deposit, escrow accounts)

• Perform reconciliations of the balance sheet accounts

• Perform in-depth review of the income statement

• Perform monthly financial review, accrual accounting and GL reclasses

• Perform actual-to-budget variance analysis

• Prepare monthly financial statement package for ownership to include balance sheet, profit & loss statement, statement of cash flows (if applicable)

• Prepare quarterly financial reporting to fulfill lender compliance requirements

• Maintain related schedules (property insurance and taxes, compliance, etc.)

• Act asliaisonto external auditors by explaining journal entries and financial transactions,provideresearch data and information as requested, andanswerquestions necessary to complete the auditin a timely manner.

• Maintainjob costing schedules and prepare construction draw packages

• Maintain task management and workpapers

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field

• 1+ years' experience in property accounting managing multiple properties and/or entities, or 1+ years' of audit experience focusing on real estate clients

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with Sage Intacct and/or Yardi

• Experience working with task management and workpaper system (Blackline,Floqast)

• Experience working withAppfolioand/or Avid Exchange
