Countertop Install AssistantBozeman, MT | Full-Time | Monday–Friday
With 16 branches and five manufacturing facilities across the Pacific Northwest and Western Canada, FLOFORM Countertops has been a trusted leader in the countertop industry since 1961. We manufacture, sell, and install more than 20,000 premium surface countertops each year and are proud to be recognized as one of the Best Managed Companies in North America.
As we continue to grow, we are excited to open our new Bozeman, Montana branch and are currently seeking Countertop Install Assistants to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in the construction and home improvement industry. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and thrive in a team environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll BringNo experience required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
Previous countertop installation, construction, carpentry, or general labor experience is an asset.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Basic math and measuring skills.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Ability to safely lift and carry 100–200 lbs. with assistance.
Ability to perform physical work including lifting, bending, kneeling, and twisting throughout the day.
Willingness to travel locally, with occasional overnight travel when required.
Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
Assist the Lead Installer with the professional installation of premium countertop surfaces.
Carefully remove existing countertops and disconnect plumbing fixtures when required.
Deliver exceptional customer service while working in customers' homes.
Maintain company vehicles in a clean and professional condition.
Pick up materials, tools, or supplies from the shop as needed during installations.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Day Shift) .
