Flick is building a future platform for AI native filmmaking, aiming to revolutionize the industry. As a founding research scientist, you will shape the future of generative media by training generative models and collaborating with filmmakers to develop innovative creative AI systems.
Responsibilities:
• Train and adapt generative image models for cinematic and creative workflows
• Explore controllable image/video generation systems and improve model quality and aesthetics
• Work closely with filmmakers and product teams to bring research into real creative tools
Qualifications:
Required:
• Strong background in deep learning and generative models
• Experience training or fine-tuning diffusion, transformer, or related generative systems
• Strong visual taste and intuition for cinematic imagery and storytelling
• Strong engineering skills, product intuition, and startup mindset
• Can actually make things work!
Preferred:
• Love films or you are creator yourself
