Job description

If you’re currently working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment and tired of weekends, rotating shifts, or disorganized operations, this is a clear step up.

Flexcraft is a stable, family-owned manufacturer with over 50 years of success. We run a clean, organized operation where accuracy matters, equipment is maintained, and people take pride in doing the job right.

Why People Make the Move
  • Monday–Friday, 8–5 schedule
  • Competitive pay based on experience
  • Clean, structured warehouse—not chaotic or reactive
  • Equipment is maintained and safety is taken seriously
  • Team environment where people get the job done together
What This Role Is Really About

You’re responsible for the accuracy and flow of materials in and out of the facility.

This is not just moving pallets—this is a role for someone who understands: inventory accuracy, documentation, doing it right the first time

What You’ll Do
  • Receive and inspect incoming materials for accuracy and quality
  • Operate forklifts (electric double rider) to move materials safely
  • Perform accurate scans and maintain real-time inventory records
  • Apply FIFO and ensure proper material flow
  • Prepare and verify outgoing shipments (counts, labels, documentation)
  • Cross-check Bills of Lading and shipment details
  • Maintain clean, organized warehouse space
  • Support inventory organization and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of forklift experience (manufacturing preferred)
  • Experience with shipping and receiving processes
  • Comfortable using barcode scanners and inventory systems
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
What Success Looks Like
  • Shipments go out accurately and on time
  • Inventory is clean and reliable
  • Materials are stored correctly and easy to locate
  • The warehouse stays organized and audit-ready
