Sales Operations Analyst
Reports to: VP, Client Account Management
Location: Remote (U.S. only) or Hybrid within 40 miles of a FlexTG office
Compensation: $60,000 โ $80,000 base + Quarterly Bonus

Position Summary
The Sales Operations Analyst serves as the analytical partner to the VP of Client Account Management. This role is responsible for analyzing customer, financial, operational, and service data to identify opportunities that improve customer retention, profitability, satisfaction, and account growth. This individual will proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the client portfolio and help drive data-based decisions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Analytics
โข Partner with the VP of Client Account Management on strategic initiatives
โข Analyze retention trends, renewal opportunities, profitability, and customer satisfaction metrics
โข Identify at-risk accounts and recommend proactive retention strategies
โข Develop customer health indicators and risk assessments
โข Monitor portfolio performance and identify improvement opportunities
Business Insights
โข Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for the CRM team
โข Identify trends, patterns, and outliers across customer accounts
โข Conduct root-cause analysis on escalations, service challenges, and churn
โข Develop executive-level summaries that highlight risks and opportunities
Team Enablement
โข Present insights and recommendations to leadership and CRM teams
โข Share best practices derived from data analysis
โข Help prioritize customer engagement strategies based on risk and opportunity
โข Support development of customer success playbooks and retention strategies
Profitability & Growth Analysis
โข Analyze account profitability and margin trends
โข Identify opportunities to improve profitability through optimization
โข Support upsell, cross-sell, and renewal strategies with data insights
โข Measure and report on improvement initiatives
Reporting & Dashboard Management
โข Develop and maintain executive dashboards and scorecards
โข Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and leadership reporting
โข Deliver monthly portfolio performance updates
โข Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems

Qualifications
Required
โข Bachelorโs degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
โข 3+ years of experience in a business analyst or similar role
โข Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
โข Ability to translate data into actionable insights
โข Excellent verbal and written communication skills
โข Experience with Power B.I and building tools, CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics)
Preferred
โข Experience in the Managed Print or Managed Services industry
โข Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Miro

โข Remote role; hybrid expectation if located within 40 miles of a FlexTG office
