Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist at Flex Rehab Solutions, you will work onsite in a collaborative and dynamic rehabilitation environment. You will engage with both patients and a multidisciplinary team that includes Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists. Our facility is equipped with the latest rehabilitative technology and tools, ensuring that you have the necessary resources to deliver top-quality patient care. Regular Monday to Friday shifts from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm provide a structured schedule, with occasional flexibility to meet clinic needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on enhancing patient mobility, strength, and overall functionality.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, stretches, and various activities aimed at pain relief and physical wellbeing.
• Educate patients about proper body mechanics and home exercise regimens to support their recovery efforts.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as electrical stimulation and ultrasound while adhering strictly to clinical guidelines.
• Monitor and document patient progress, paying close attention to improvements in range of motion and strength metrics.
• Prepare treatment areas, ensuring that equipment and supplies are readily organized for efficient therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and align treatment strategies effectively.
• Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients, contributing to a motivating and positive rehabilitation atmosphere.
• Uphold ethical standards and maintain patient confidentiality across all interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will primarily involve working with a diverse spectrum of patients, including those recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, strokes, and age-related mobility issues. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
