We are a small, innovative microschool in Weston, FL looking for an exceptional full-time elementary teacher for Grades 2–5 ELA and Social Studies to work with a team of 3 teachers and only 12-16 students for the 2026–2027 school year. At Flex, we teach through: Project-Based Learning Socratic Discussions Interactive Learning Games Hands-On Activities Real-World, Experiential Learning Field Trips & Enrichment Experiences There are: NO tests! NO homework!

NO teaching to a script! NO rigid boxed curriculum! Instead, we focus on curiosity, critical thinking, creativity, communication, and helping children genuinely love learning.

Position is fully in-person at our Weston campus.
