Position: Senior Survey Project Manager
Location: High Point, NC
Are you a seasoned survey professional with a passion for precision, leadership, and client success? Fleming Engineering, Inc. (FEI), a leader in engineering and surveying, is looking for an exceptional Senior Survey Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This is your opportunity to lead impactful projects, foster client relationships, and take your career to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development of project scopes, budgets, and schedules, ensuring optimal financial performance.
- Manage multiple survey crews to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Oversee and delegate tasks to surveying office personnel to ensure project success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with engineers, clients, and regulatory agencies.
- Identify and pursue new project opportunities while nurturing valuable client partnerships.
- Support business planning, marketing efforts, and strategic initiatives.
- Promote and uphold a culture of ethics, teamwork, and safety.
- Experience: 5+ years of diverse land surveying expertise, including Boundary, ALTA, Construction Layout, and Topographic projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
- Licensing: A valid Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Carlson, Topcon, Leica, and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Mindset: Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.
- Track Record: Proven experience leading high-performing teams.
- Driver’s License: A valid North Carolina driver’s license.
