Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Responsibilities

  • Provide Chairside Assistant support during dental examinations and procedures using Four-Handed Dentistry techniques
  • Prepare treatment rooms, Operatory Setup, instruments, and tray setups for dental procedures
  • Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment
  • Expose dental diagnostic X-rays
  • Record patient medical and dental histories, vital signs, and treatment information
  • Perform intraoral scanning and assist with digital dentistry workflows
  • Complete basic laboratory procedures
  • Support Instrument Processing and infection control protocols
  • Assist with Treatment Coordination and Patient Care as needed
  • Manage dental supplies and inventory
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Active Maryland Dental Radiation Technologist License
  • Minimum of 1 year of dental assisting experience
  • Dental Assistant training
  • CPR certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of infection control and HIPAA guidelines
  • Willingness to learn new digital workflows and laboratory assignments
  • Fluent in English
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, punctuality, strong work ethic, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
