This is not a full sales role and not a second job.

It's a structured referral and intake position with upside for the right person, then will expand to client-facing advisor and sales as you become comfortable.

We pay for MA Personal Lines Insurance licensing and exam fees.

$200 weekly stipend offered while studying for the exam up to six weeks.

We pay for licensing.

No quotas.

No cold calling.

Renewal commissions.

Keep your current career.

There is no obligation if licensing is not completed.

Upon passing the license test, a commission-only agreement will be enacted for Policies placed and renewal income as well. No quotas, no minimums.
