- Expo (Expeditor) (The Coordinator):
- Manage the Pass: Ensures food is accurate, properly garnished, and sent out in the correct order.
- Communication: Relays information between chefs, line cooks, and service staff.
- Timing: Syncs fire times so all meals for a table are finished simultaneously.
- Quality Control: Ensures every dish meets kitchen standards before it leaves the kitchen.
- Line Cook (The Creator):
- Prep Work: Prepares stations with necessary ingredients and tools.
- Cooking: Executes dishes according to recipes and station assignments.
