Fitz Osborn Real Estate is a locally owned boutique brokerage serving the Kansas City metro. We’re looking for licensed real estate agents who want the freedom to build their own business—with accessible leadership, practical resources, and a supportive group of people behind them.

This opportunity is especially well-suited for established agents who are ready for a more personal brokerage experience, although motivated newer agents are also encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and your community
• Guide clients through the buying and selling process
• Generate and follow up with leads
• Market listings and your real estate services
• Negotiate contracts and manage transactions professionally
• Stay current on local market conditions and industry requirements
• Represent Fitz Osborn Real Estate with professionalism and integrity

What We’re Looking For

• Active Missouri real estate license, or currently working toward obtaining one
• Experienced agents are strongly encouraged to apply
• Self-motivated, dependable, and relationship-focused
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Willingness to grow a sustainable real estate business
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to serving clients well
• Kansas license is a plus, but not required

Compensation

This is a commission-based independent contractor position. Fitz Osborn offers a competitive compensation structure, with additional details discussed during a confidential conversation.
