Responsibilities:
  • Lead engaging Pilates classes for individuals and groups of all skill levels.
  • Design personalized workout plans to meet clients’ fitness goals.
  • Provide guidance on proper techniques and modifications for exercises.
  • Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all participants.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio space.
  • Monitor client progress and provide feedback to enhance their experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Pilates.
Requirements:
  • Current certification as a Pilates Instructor from a recognized organization.
  • Experience teaching Pilates in a studio or fitness setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire clients of varying fitness levels.
  • Knowledge of anatomy and safe exercise practices.
  • Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
