Responsibilities

• Lead and support team members during shifts
• Ensure fast, friendly, and accurate guest service
• Help maintain food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Monitor ticket times and overall shift flow
• Handle guest concerns professionally
• Support training and coaching of staff
• Step in where needed during busy periods
• Help maintain a positive and team-oriented work environment

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Food Handler Certification required (or ability to obtain)
